Bringing people together around food is our passion. The Evo grill is a new kind of cooking appliance that lets people share the joys of cooking.

With its circular flattop cooking surface, the Evo grill lets you prepare virtually any cuisine from any angle. By cooking foods directly on the cook surface, you can sear, sauté, grill, toast and stirfry. Indirectly, you can use pots or pans to boil, braise, poach or steam.

No other appliance is that social. No other appliance lets you be this creative !

The Evo Professional wheeled-cart and tabletop models each have a solid steel cooking surface heated underneath by two independently controlled circalar gas propane burners, providing 51.000 BTU's for variable temperatures vrom 121°C to 371°C. 

With an enclosed burner system and no exposed flame, Evo's burners provide safe operation and edge-to-edge even heat for cooking foods directly, or you can use pots or pans for indirect preparation.

The units are supplied complete with stainless steel hood for baking, steaming or roasting, plus a complete set of utensils including spatulas, scraper, cleaning kit, and operating instructions.

  • The Evo Professional Commercial Wheeled Cart is the perfect solution for demanding to delicate food preparation and for applications where fast temperature recovery is needed.
  • The Professional Wheeled cart has a 762mm diameter seasoned steel cook surface heated underneath by inner and outer gas tube burners. The technology allows independant heat adjustment across inner and outer cook surface zones for managing a wide range of menu possibilities.
  • Heat is delivered to each burner via separate inner and oouter control knobs. Edge to edge even surface temperatures range from 121°C to 371°C from the center to the outside edge without the hot spots and temperature problems prone to traditional square griddles.
  • The burner system has a push button electronic ignition system which ignites both burners simultaneaously.
  • A stainless steel drip pan completely surrounds the underside of the cook surface, catching all food debris. It can be removed quickly.
  • A separate spill over tray is mounted to one side of the drip pan for containing and holding pan debris.
  • Operating on propane LP gas or natural gas, the professional commercial wheeled cart is an ideal solution for any outdoor display cooking application.
  • Wheeled positioning on terraces or courtyards.
  • Rear handle allows push or pull placement.
