UNIC FAN OVEN / GRILL WITH NO EXTRACTION

Brand New To The Global Foodservice Industry and available from ALPINA GRILLS, is the UniC Multifunctional Fan Oven/Grill, Fully Patented.

The unit sits neatly on a table/counter top and is a fully enclosed Fan Oven & Grill reaching temperatures of 250^oC with easily controlled programmes via a simple digital panel.  Due to the hood enclosure, there are no fumes or spillage of food fats or carbon deposit build ups as this is controlled by the in-built ventilation system and therefore the unit can be located front of house without any concerns of fumes being emitted into customer areas and does not need expensive extraction systems.

The speed of cooking is phenomenally quick whether it be from fresh or from fridge and all food types such as; Fish, Meat, Vegetables, Pizza, Toasties, Sandwiches or Pre-Cooked Foods (including tin foil food container products) are ensured all round core cooking.

The UniC has an interior fan continuously circulating the hot & clean air around the product and cooking area, producing precise all over temperatures on every area of the complete cooking surfaces, which in turn gives the speed and preciseness of cooking each product.
Along with the fan, is a removable filter which is washable and makes the unit very cost efficient plus assists in keeping the environment clean.

With low power consumption of 1200 watts and the automatic control of switching off the heating elements preset by yourself without compromising the cooking process, the UniC is very energy efficient and therefore Saves you the caterer, Money !

The sleek design of the unit, whether it be in a Stainless Steel finish, or Red, Blue finish, combined with the simple requirement of a 13amp power supply, means that the unit can literally be sited in any location and will blend in with your surroundings and decor.

With adjustable feet to increase the inclination, plus sloping cooking plates, the cooking residues collect within the enclosed lower removable drip tray to enhance the ease of simply wiping clean the cooking plates.  The actual hood lid is self-clean.

Units are available with Teflon Coated Ribbed Plates or Ceramic Smooth or Ribbed Plates.
